Do I need to register to place an order?
It is possible that you just subscribed to our newsletter and did not register. You may have entered an incorrect phone number.

While you do not need to register to make a purchase, we strongly recommend creating an account for a faster and easier shopping experience.

How can I reset or change my account password?
Go to Account β†’ Login β†’ Reset Password. An email will be sent to your registered email ID. Click the reset link to update your password securely.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can raise a return or exchange request. Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Please note:
  • You must provide your order number (Trendora official website only)
  • Visible proof (photo/video) of the defect is required
  • Product troubleshooting details may be requested
  • The item may need to be returned for quality inspection
Once approved, refunds are processed after the product reaches our warehouse and is inspected. Refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days.
Are refunds available for COD or EMI orders?
Refunds are not applicable for COD or EMI orders. In such cases, store credit will be issued instead.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday night, Sunday, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours.
Why did my payment fail?
A transaction may fail due to:
  • Incorrect card details
  • Issues with your bank or payment gateway
  • Temporary network problems
What you can do:
  • Double-check your card details
  • Try another card or payment method (UPI, Wallet)
  • Contact your bank with the error message

What are the shipping timelines?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Metro cities: 2–3 business days
  • Other locations: 3–4 business days
What if my order is missing or damaged?
If your package is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Support within 3 business days of delivery with valid proof.

We will investigate and resolve the issue within 1–3 business days.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Only products purchased directly from the Trendora official website are eligible for return or exchange. Purchases made via Amazon or other resellers must be handled through them.

Undamaged, resaleable products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
